This is a picture of an elevator that was used to promote the movie Superman Returns. This is a very interesting design. The idea behind it was to resemble how Superman wears his suit under his everyday clothes. The elevator doors show normal clothes and Superman's hands ripping his shirt open. The inside back wall of the elevator shows the iconic Superman "S" that you would see under Superman's normal clothes. I think that this was a cool way to advertise the movie. Not only would someone at the elevator see the design but I'm sure that lots of people would have taken pictures of the design and shared them on social media because of the uniqueness of the design. I really like this design and I think that designs that utilize their environments are some of the coolest designs. They take design to a different level that can make someone feel like they are a part of the design.
