The tv show
Dexter is based around a blood splatter analyst who is a serial killer. The typography acts as blood splatter which I think effectively tells the audience what the show will be about, or at least what its related to. I think the splatter is just enough to get the point across while the text still remains legible. I wish maybe there could have been some type of print indicating a human hand in the blood to show the idea of someone committing the acts to give a little more context into the show.
