For this interactive design post, I decided to use the logo for Twitter's app. Twitter is a social media platform that allows people to connect from all over the world. It is a place for comedy, politics, news, videos, music, etc. You can also see commentary from an array of people including celebrities, classmates, and/or someone from across the world that you've never met before. Though you can access Twitter on a computer/laptop, I would argue that most people who use Twitter access it through the app. The face of the app is simply the Twitter logo. The logo is fairly simple. It is a basic outline of a bird and uses only two colors, sky blue and white. The sky blue in the background can be seen throughout the entire platform. I think that the logo is well designed. Like most well-known companies, the logo is very simple yet recognizable. Logo's such as this one prove that it doesn't take much to make an effective design.
