I found this design online, and it seems to be advocating for the equal treatment of migrants, and specifically migrant workers. This is a well-designed and effective composition for several reasons. Firstly, the shovel indicates that migrants are hard working and have essential built this, and many other countries, from the ground up. Secondly, the shaft of the shovel resembles a spine and correlates to migrants being the "backbone of the world's rural economy," since many migrants commit to hard labor in agriculture. As someone who understands the essential role immigrants play in our society, I love this design and hope that it actually helps some skeptics come to the same conclusion that I've found.
