This chart is called "The Feelings Circle". It is used for people to be able to refine their feelings when they are distant from their emotions and not sure what they are actually feeling. When a feeling starts to arise, someone can look at the wheel, starting from the inner part of the wheel, and move outward, moving from the core feelings to any associated feelings that might be happening. Another way to use the chart is to compare how you're feeling today to how you were feeling earlier today or even yesterday. The colors make the chart easy to read by using certain colors for each related emotion.
