This graphic is meant to get people to recycle. It is not obviously promoting a certain company to use to recycle your objects, so it is likely just being used to promote the idea of recycling. It uses the colors green and white. Green is often associated with environmentally-conscious issues so it is unsurprising that it is the most prominent color used in this design. The design also uses very cute and illustrative figures to represent each of the parts of recycling, this makes recycling seem easy and fun, not intimidating.
