This is a design by Morgan Allen Knutson. The designer works for Dropbox which is a software that uses cloud storage. The software could replace flash drives. The poster says "RIP 2007" because the designer was making a claim that flash drives would become obsolete when the Dropbox software was released. I really like this design because it is so minimalistic. It only uses one color and it has a very simple drawing with a short message at the bottom yet it effectively gets the message across. It shows how a very simple design can get a message across to the viewer.
