This design is a very simple informative design. It shows how to put together an ice cream cone. This is something that most of us know how to do and it's not a very important topic. I really like the simplicity of the design. It shows the order that ice cream is supposed to be put together. The design only uses simple line drawings and red. I don't think, however, the design would every be used if someone didn't know what order they should assemble an ice cream cone. They may not know what the syrup was or the sprinkles because those two drawings could be interpreted in many different ways. Theres no way to know what those two drawings are actually of, especially if you don't know what is commonly put on ice cream. That being said, just looking at the design and judging it on visual elements, I personally like the design.
