This environmental graphic is the name of an academic building on the building itself. "The Cooper Union" is written on the side of the building, with half of the words bleeding onto the underside of the building. The typography used in this design is very slim and has a professional look to it. This design does have a very modern feel to it, but it is not very easy to read while you are walking by the building.
