This design is the outside of the Wanamaker Building in New York. The typography in the design is very important. The font that the designers used is very reminiscent of the font used in the past, especially for Broadway and New York. So this design is an homage to the beginning of Broadway and the aesthetics of that time and gives this font is something that a lot of people would recognize, so they would understand the significance.
