Jameson is my grandfather's favorite whiskey, and when I turned 21 recently, he bought me this bottle. As a brand of whiskey that has been around for over two centuries, they've had plenty of time to alter and perfect their label designs. The name Jameson is the most pronounced text on the label, as any whiskey drinker would likely recognize this immediately and would be convinced enough to purchase a bottle. Second most noticeable is "Irish Whiskey," identifying which type of liquor this bottle is. Under this is a description of the process used to create this specific bottle, "triple distilled, matured & bottled in Ireland," and the precise distillery in which it was produced. The various serif fonts and elegant script typefaces add to Jameson's prestigious legacy and add a feeling of being proper and regal.
