MyFitnessPal is an app used for calorie counting and diet tracking. It can help you lose weight, tone up, get healthy, change your habits, or start a new diet. I used it for a few years to track my calories and the nutrition in all of the foods I ate in order to help me eat healthier. Logging your food was very simple because it would remember foods that you ate frequently, or if it came in a package you could scan the bar code.
