This is the logo for the cereal Raisin Bran, a cereal made and produced by the company Kellogg's. Raisin Bran is one of my favorite cereals oddly enough and I enjoy the logo a lot, the name is in large and bold lettering with the company's name above it. It includes the sun to hint towards how raisins are made and the color of the box is purple to show that raisins were originally grapes. The design is very simple but gets the point directly across and shows the process that goes into making part of the cereal. The sun is very happy and is very welcoming which draws people in because of how people react to friendly faces. I think the design is quite successful because it shows the impact that a food logo can have on how people perceive it and whether it will do well in the markets. Without a well-made label a customer might not want to buy the product because it seems cheap or has low effort put into it.
