This is the design on the cups at Hatchet Coffee, a locally owned coffee shop here in Boone. All of the art and graphics that are done for Hatchet Coffee is done by a local freelance graphic designer who goes by the alias Allycat. She graduated from App State and now works as an in house graphic designer for Hatchet and is currently an apprentice for local tattoo artist Cutty Bage. The design on the cups is very friendly and represents the shop's image very well. The bold linework is a signature for Allycat and I think her style is well represented here on this cup. The font used is very flowing and resembles a script font which adds to the welcoming and friendliness that Hatchet likes to promote and put forward as the face of their company. I have no complaints overall with the design, the type is easy to read and the graphics included are well done and correlate well with the theme of coffee and the cups belonging to a coffee shop.
