This logo is the infamous 'Zara.' There is a lot of controversy over the new logo, shown at the top. The new is a very cramped typeface, although it is still a serif font with high contrast. The old font is very spaced and as well a serif font with high contrast. Although I have never personally shopped here, I have looked around and I do agree that the old logo suits the store best. With a logo, it has to represent the style and the prices, and the new logo doesn't do it justice. Surprisingly, the old logo looks more expensive due to the letters being spaced out. Personally, I would go back to the old logo in order to shape the stores clientele, if they are trying to attract higher class citizens, like they have in the past.
