This is something I found in our own classroom, its a pie chart on one of the doors in the room. This pie chart breaks down the percentages of people who identify with each of the major religions from 2001-2002. The pie chart is clearly labeled, and has the added bonus of looking like a peace sign. (the coexist symbol was created in 2000, this may have been inspired by that) This chart seems to serve two purposes, the inform the viewer and to promote peace among the varied religions of the world. I like how it disorganized visually, though it seems to lean heavily to the left. The minimal color scheme is also nice, and I like how the designer chose to place religions followed by less then 1% at the bottom, instead of trying to put it on the chart, which certainly would have been way to crowded.
