This graphic is meant to prevent people from smoking cigarettes. Even without the words at the bottom saying the purpose of the graphic, the design of the cigarette itself is very much self-explanatory. It takes the classic image of a cigarette and has the end of it become much more illustrative. Instead of just a regular cigarette, it has the traditional image of cartoon ghosts coming out of the cigarette. This is meant to illustrate the health issues that come with smoking cigarettes. I think that this design is simple enough to clearly get across the intended message, although I do think that words at the bottom are redundant and take away from the impressive design.
